Membership Rates

Fees Include:
~  Membership in the SCBBCOA for one year
~  Listing on the SCBBCOA web site
~  Listing in the annual Brochure (if membership active before Oct 31 you will appear in the following year´s brochure)
~  See Member Benefits

New membership:
~ Inspection Fee:................................................. $ 85.00 + HST
~ Membership - 3 rooms/cottages or less:..............$350.00 + HST
~ Membership - 3 rooms/cottages or less (and a member
of Tourism Powell River):........................................$300.00 + HST
~ Extra rooms (4 or more):....................................$ 50.00 + HST per additional room/cottage.

** NOTES:  
~    Membership renewals are due on the anniversary date of joining the association.
~     If you are purchasing an EXISTING MEMBER BUSINESS, please be aware that the previous owner´s membership ends with the sale of the B&B or Cottage, and does not follow to the new owner.  New Owners must apply for membership under their own name.

Renewing membership:  
~ Membership - 3 rooms or less:.........................$300.00 + HST
~ Membership - 3 rooms/cottages or less (and a member
of Tourism Powell River):....................................$250.00 + HST
~ Extra rooms (4 or more):..................................$ 50.00 + HST per additional room
