Nestled in the trees, amidst a beautiful English country garden at Honeysuckle Rose Cottage, you will find Marguerite Kotwitz working intently over her potters wheel and kiln.   This little studio and resident artist, produce some of the most unique and beautiful pottery the Coast has to offer.
If you head to the Sechelt Market on any given Saturday, you will be rewarded with a great opportunity to chat with Margeurite and to enjoy the gorgeous display of her varied and colourful pottery pieces.  Marguerite has been displaying her art (not to mention those yummy dog treats) at the Sechelt Market for many years, and over those years the market has grown to such a size that it has now been moved to the end of Cowrie street where you can wander the almost 40 booths which boast everything from organic produce, to the most delicate of handcrafted jewelry.   Check it out yourself and stop in to see Marguerite, and be sure to encourage your guests to experience this great taste of Sunshine Coast culture.
