Refund Policy: If the Buyer is not completely satisfied with SCBBCOA’s product or services, contact us within seven (7) days after having made your purchase and the SCBBCOA will provide a refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (postmarked with the appropriate date) or via email within the seven (7) day period following the purchase. The refund policy does not apply to custom web design work, ‘For Sale’ pages, or Marketplace ads. Any request to cancel or delete a listing after seven (7) days is non-refundable.
